‘Friends teach friends’
‘Friends teach friends’ The saying 'friends teach friends' holds true at Roots School, where five of the top students have been selected for a new role as student teachers in 2023. These students have shown good potential for teaching and will receive suitable training to excel in their new role. Roots School will be sponsoring these student teachers by fundraising to cover their daily expenses and will also try to secure employment opportunities for them to progress in their careers. As a way of giving back to their village communities, Roots School may offer university scholarships to these student teachers in the future. We are looking for generous individuals who can volunteer their free time to support these student teachers. They can assist in teaching, help them improve their teaching skills, and even work closely with them to learn more from our communities.
